Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated ex military personnel to join what is a very close knit team. Our product has multiple features which we use to support those clients whose buildings have gone into lockdown, following, or in advance of, a "Marauding Attack". This could be terrorism related or a domestic situation. In reality, most of our calls are of a test event nature, used to train not only our clients but also our controllers who need to be very well versed in case of a live event.

Responsibilities

- Ongoing training will be given in order to become familiar with our procedures and responsibilities.

Must be able to work as part of a close knit team.

Requirements

- Ability to work 12 hour shifts, two days followed by two nights followed by four days stand down. This shift pattern was developed by our ex military controllers and has proved to be very popular. We also have a day shift available Mon-Fri 8.30 - 5.30 which attracts the higher rate of pay
- Clear, precise speaking voice.

- Must be well presented as we regularly have clients visiting.
- All software is internally developed and training will be given, basic experience in excel, word etc will suffice.
- Must have Enhanced DBS.

Pay: 27,000.00-29,000.00 per year
