What You'll Do



As an

Executive Recruiter

within the EMESA Regional Executive Hiring Hub, you will play a key role in supporting BCG's executive hiring efforts across Practice Areas (PAs. Working closely with the Executive Talent Acquisition Manager and other senior recruiters, you will execute search strategies, engage with senior stakeholders, and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.



You will contribute to the attraction, assessment, and hiring of senior talent critical to BCG's business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiting professional who is passionate about executive search, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys partnering with diverse stakeholders across regions and functions.

Key responsibilities include:



Search Execution: Manage end-to-end delivery for a defined portfolio of senior roles in partnership with Exec TA Managers or Senior Director. Candidate Management: Identify, assess, and engage executive-level candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and research. Stakeholder Partnership: Support relationships with PA leaders, RPALs, and PA People Teams to align on role requirements, progress updates, and market insights. Market & Pipeline Development: Conduct targeted market mapping and proactively build pipelines for recurring or critical roles. Diversity & Inclusion: Champion inclusive hiring practices and contribute to building diverse talent pipelines. Data & Process Management: Maintain accurate data in recruitment systems (ATS/CRM), ensuring timely reporting and metrics tracking. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to projects that enhance executive hiring processes, tools, and candidate experience.


What You'll Bring

Experience & Qualifications:



4-6 years of experience in executive or senior-level recruitment, ideally within a professional services, consulting, or global corporate environment. Demonstrated success supporting or managing senior-level searches across multiple geographies or functions. Strong sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement skills. Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to build trust and credibility across levels. Experience driving or supporting diversity hiring initiatives. Proficiency in recruitment platforms, CRMs, and market intelligence tools. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Professionalism, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

PA People Teams: to ensure consistent candidate and stakeholder communication.*
