Are you passionate about supporting children with social, emotional, and mental health needs? Do you have ELSA training or a background in therapeutic, pastoral, or behaviour support?


We're a brand-new, nurturing SEMH school in Horley, and we're looking for a

compassionate, emotionally intelligent, and proactive individual

to join our founding team.


About the Role:



Work closely with individual pupils and small groups to support emotional regulation, resilience, and wellbeing Deliver targeted interventions and build trusting relationships with pupils who may have experienced trauma or adverse childhood experiences Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to create a safe, supportive learning environment Be a key part of a small, passionate team shaping the culture and ethos of a new school

? We're Looking For:



ELSA qualification or similar therapeutic training (e.g. Thrive, Drawing & Talking, CBT-based approaches) Experience working with children with SEMH, ASD, or behavioural needs A calm, empathetic, and consistent approach A team player who's ready to help build something special from the ground up
