Lecturer - Employability and Progression (Maths Specialist

We are looking for Employability and Progression Lecturers (Maths Specialist) to join our Progression to FE and Routes

Lecturer team. This is a 35 hours per week, full-time, permanent role offering a salary of 30,202 - 41,769 per annum.

Job Purpose:

To assist in the development, organisation and management of high-quality teaching and learning in the area of Employability and Progression

Skills and Qualifications:

Hold a teaching qualification. Hold a degree or equivalent qualification Level 3 Maths Have current teaching or training experience with L1/NEET learners Experience of developing and delivering, differentiated learning materials and/or innovative curriculum and learning materials which meet the needs of students Able to motivate and engage students. Capable of identifying learning needs and developing learning materials to suit identified needs. Be willing to undertake day trips or over-night residentials Patience and the ability to nurture students Ability to drive a minibus
