Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mentoring skills and a commitment to fostering the growth and development of individuals. This role requires effective communication, organisational abilities, and a customer service-oriented mindset. As a Coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding participants towards achieving their personal and professional goals.

Responsibilities



Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to individuals, focusing on personal development and skill enhancement. Develop tailored coaching plans that align with each participant's goals and aspirations. Mentor individuals in various areas including IT skills, customer service techniques, and organisational strategies. Facilitate workshops and group sessions to promote collaborative learning and skill sharing. Maintain clear communication with participants to track progress and provide constructive feedback. Utilise effective coaching methodologies to inspire and motivate individuals to reach their full potential. Document coaching sessions and maintain records of participant progress for future reference.

Qualifications



Proven experience in supporting groups of learners through employability programmes

Experience in career coaching, adult education, or community outreach.

Knowledge of the welfare system and benefits.- including but not limited to FIT notes, sick pay and Universal Credits.

Knowledge of strategies to maximise student attendance and achievements.

Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with a compassionate, non-judgemental approach. Practical knowledge of job markets, CV development, and interview preparation. Experience working with adults in a learning environment
Driven and focused with an understanding of KPI's.

Experience of working with a range of ages

The ability to understand the monitoring, evaluation and service requirements of the project

Well organised, with attention to detail in reporting and session planning.

Strong Microsoft Office skills plus use of Internet, social media, and on-line teaching platforms (Teams, Zoom etc).
