The Role
We are seeking an
experienced Employee Benefits Administrator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
3 years' experience in employee benefits administration
, with strong technical knowledge across a range of benefit products. This is not an adviser or consultant role - the focus is on administration, scheme management, and client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Administering and maintaining a portfolio of employee benefit schemes, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times.
Acting as the first point of contact for employers and employees on benefit queries.
Liaising with providers and insurers regarding new business, renewals, claims, and amendments.
Preparing and issuing scheme documentation, renewal packs, and employee communications.
Supporting consultants and directors with scheme reviews and client meetings where required.
Ensuring all client records are accurate, up to date, and maintained in line with FCA and GDPR requirements.
Assisting with onboarding new employer clients and implementing benefits portals.
Keeping up to date with legislative and market changes affecting employee benefits.
About You
At least
3 years' experience
in employee benefits administration.
Strong technical knowledge of group pensions, group protection, PMI, and other core benefits.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex matters clearly.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident in dealing with providers, insurers, employers, and employees.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and benefit platforms.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ideally to have undertaken relevant CII qualifications for the role.
