DEVELOP A CAREER WITH US




Through a partnership with Belfast Metropolitan College, you will work towards a Level 3 Providing Financial Services - gaining City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Providing Financial Services and CII Level 3 Certificate in Insurance. This is a 2 Year programme where you combine study and hands-on work experience to build knowledge and skills to excel in the financial services industry.

About The Role




We have an opportunity available for an apprentice to join our successful Employee Benefits business, which is dedicated to supporting clients with all aspects of the management of their employee benefits. Working with us will enable you to learn and grow in a career within the Financial Services Industry, developing and demonstrating your skills by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across a diverse range of industry sectors.


What does the role involve?

Providing administrative support in respect of Employee Benefits, Group Risk, and Group Private Medical Insurance Supplying accurate up-to-date information on relevant schemes as required by the team Updating, supplying, and verifying scheme data Sourcing quotes for new and existing schemes and collating the results for Advisors to compile recommendations Preparing and distributing client documents, ensuring high quality and accuracy Administering joiners and leavers to the relevant schemes in a timely manner Following up on outstanding client documentation Preparing high-quality and accurate reports Responding to client queries in a professional and timely manner Managing personal workloads and meeting deadlines Ensuring adherence to compliance procedures

This is a 2-year programme and at the completion of your training you will be a fully functioning Employee Benefits Coordinator as part of Willis Employee Benefits within WF Risk Group



THE IDEAL CANDIDATES



No previous experience necessary, but previous office-based experience would be beneficial

GCSE Grade C or above in Maths, English and ICT. Strong attention to detail. high level of motivation and resilience with a proactive attitude. enthusiastic individuals who are committed and keen to learn. IT proficient. Confident, clear, professional and courteous communication skills. ability to support colleagues in a close team environment.
