We have an exciting opportunity to join our London Regional Health and Risk Consulting team.

This is a hybrid role which provides the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

What the day will look like

Our Consulting Teams are primarily responsible for the retention and development of a portfolio of some of our largest and most complex clients, and for providing expert consulting advice to ensure our service meets clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs. This will include a responsibility to drive growth and achieve a set of stretching commercial targets through working in tandem with colleagues across the business.

As the London Regional Manager you will:

• Lead industry-focused growth strategies across the London Consulting team
• Fulfill client needs in ways that transform employee value propositions, through ensuring the team deliver trusted advice
• Elevate conversations across solution lines and beyond the Health business in order to bring the best of Aon to our clients
• Develop and manage Team Leaders to ensure that they are managing and developing colleague performance effectively and identifying and nurturing rising talent

• Lead and shape activities and initiatives aimed at promoting Aon\'s products and services in the marketplace (e.g. media events, trade conferences, client seminars)
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and market developments in the industry, and contribute to thought leadership within the firm

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Experience within the Health & Benefits sector is essential
• Whilst there is no requirement to be an outright expert in both risk and healthcare, a sound understanding of the \xe2\x80\x9cnon-specialist\xe2\x80\x9d pillar is critical to help identify opportunities
• Knowledge of Large corporate, mid corporate and SME marketplaces
• People management capability with proven experience of delivering results in a Team Leader or other management role would be beneficial
• The successful applicant will have a proven track record of effective client leadership
• Good interpersonal skills to deploy on both the internal and external client teams
• A commercial mind and proven track record of delivering growth, supported by effective planning of pipeline opportunities
• A sound understanding of Aon and our key propositions
• Deep understanding of the Employee Benefits landscape and up to date knowledge of market trends
• A self-motivating desire to improve Aon IQ to help drive further opportunities
