Employee Lifecycle Consultant - 12 month FTC

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join our small but mighty global team as an Employee Lifecycle Consultant.

Working across all regions globally, this team is part of a larger People Shared Services Hub where we support our employees end to end lifecycle.


You'll support a range of complex requests and provide advice to, employees and managers globally in relation to all leave of absence processes, support change programmes and support with learning administration. Working collaboratively with the reward, payroll and ER centres of excellence, and employee helpdesk teams to ensure an excellence employee experience.

This is a role driven by process, but no two days are the same. supporting our employees by answering queries whether it's to do with absence, maternity, or redundancy there is always something to keep you interested and challenged. Being a global role, you will build close relationships across departments including payroll, employee relations and our benefits team. This is a fast-paced role within a small team that supports each other with advice where needed but also work independently.




Key Responsibilities:



Manage complex transactions during leave of absence, redundancy, and business change events. Provide advice and guidance on policy and process throughout the employee lifecycle. Ensure accurate data is provided to Payroll for payment processing. Identify and resolve processing, system, and automation errors. Meet risk, compliance, and data privacy requirements. Build relationships across teams and external vendors to ensure effective processing and escalation management.

What will you bring to the role?



Ideally, we're looking for someone with an established background in HR or similar with strong administration skills, whose had the use of HR Operating systems.


You'll need to build out your knowledge of our business, process and systems across Service Delivery, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Reward to ensure effective administration support to a range of stakeholders.


This role would suit someone methodical, and process driven with an affinity for dealing with people. As well good Excel experience, we do a lot of reporting, whilst being able to deal with sensitive situations showing empathy and compassion to our employees.
