Contract: FTC up to 18 months
Location: At Badger sites / services across Birmingham and Solihull, and other sites as required by the role / service development (in person)

We are seeking a Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR department. Experienced in management of change, TUPE, policy development and review, ER cases up to and including ETs.
You will:
Provide timely and accurate advice on disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management cases.
Support investigations and hearings, ensuring procedural fairness and legal compliance.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and line managers to resolve complex ER issues.
Monitor trends in employee relations and contribute to proactive solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and internal policies.
Assist in policy development and training delivery related to ER topics.
