Full Time 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

Salary:

up to 34,000 dependant upon experience

About the Role:



We're looking for a passionate and experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our People Team.


Reporting to the Employee Relations Business Partner the Employee Relations Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to managers and employees on all employee relations matters within SpaMedica. You will be instrumental in promoting positive working relationships, resolving conflicts and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and SpaMedica policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:




Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution. Ensuring correct use and upkeep of ER Case management system. Providing support, guidance and acting as a note taker in any employee relations cases appointed to you by the ERBP. Assisting the ERBP in the creation and upkeep of all ER Related Policies, processes and procedures, and any policies that may impact ER, ensuring consistency and fairness in their application. Collaborating with managers and People Business Partners to address any performance-related or conduct related issues and develop appropriate action plans or performance improvement plans. Take personal responsibility to stay updated with employment laws and regulations.

Who We Are Looking For:



Proven work experience as an ER Advisor and excellent ER experience / knowledge Multi-site location HR support experience Healthcare industry experience a plus Excellent people management skills Analytical and goal oriented Experience with HR metrics Thorough knowledge of employment legislation Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through low level employee relations cases
