As an Employee Relations Adviser, you'll be at the heart of managing complex ER cases and providing expert guidance to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations and HR Governance, you'll work closely with HR Business Partners and line managers to resolve issues effectively, mitigate risk, and support a positive employee experience.
