Make a difference as an Employee Relations Advisor




At PGL Beyond, we're all about creating amazing experiences - not just for our guests, but for our people too. As our new Employee Relations Advisor, you'll be right at the heart of that mission, helping to shape a positive, fair and supportive working environment across the business.


Working closely with our Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you'll be the go-to person for expert advice and guidance on all things employee relations. From handling complex cases, to supporting line managers and ensuring our policies are spot-on. You'll help us stay aligned with best practice and current legislation, while keeping things people-focused.


You'll also get stuck into monitoring compliance and using data to spot trends and drive improvements. It's a role where your insight will make a real difference - and where your voice will help shape how we do things at PGL.

Is this you?



You've got CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) under your belt, with a solid grounding in employee relations. A full UK driving licence - you're ready to travel when needed. Hands-on experience managing ER cases, ideally in a fast-paced environment like retail, care or hospitality. An understanding of safeguarding - you know how important it is to keep people safe. You're confident advising and supporting senior managers on a wide range of people matters. You've got a training or qualification in UK employment law - and you know how to apply it in real-world situations. You're analytical - comfortable working with data and turning it into meaningful insights that drive better decisions.
