About the role





Lead, coach and develop a team of 12 ER Policy Advisors to deliver high quality ER advice and case management support to line managers at all levels across the organisation on wide range of complex and sensitive people management issues including attendance, performance, conduct, raising concerns, Equality Act, capability, and other employee relations issues. Manage the delivery of the advice line and case management services including workload allocation and service performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and quality standards Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture Provide expert input on complex people matters , ensuring appropriate risk management Establish and maintain effective working relationships with HR CofE teams, HR Business Partners, Legal and other key stakeholders to ensure delivery of an effective and efficient service Reporting into the ER Advisory Services Manager you will collaborate with wider HR teams and stakeholders to address complex ER matters and trends Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the ER Advisory Service

About You





To truly excel in this role, you will possess, and be able to evidence, the skills and experience listed below:



Experience of leading HR, Employee Relations team to deliver business needs and targets Analytical skills, able to interpret various data to inform resourcing decisions, spot enquiries trends and use insights to inform service improvements Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team CIPD qualified Strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations, HR best practices, Strong communication skills with ability to influence Ability to work in partnership with customers/stakeholders Experience of driving continuous improvement culture
