As an employee relations coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our people team to deliver a proactive and people-focused ER service. You'll help managers and employees navigate sensitive situations, ensuring processes run smoothly and fairly. This role is all about attention to detail, empathy, and building confidence in how we handle people issues.
You'll be part of creating a positive workplace culture-helping us resolve challenges quickly and professionally while ensuring compliance and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Support ER case management: Assist with managing ER cases from start to finish, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
Assist with investigations: Gather information, prepare documentation, and support investigators to ensure fair and compliant processes.
Keep things organised: Maintain case management systems, track progress, and help prepare reports for leadership.
Communicate clearly: Provide empathetic and professional support to managers and employees during ER processes.
Help build capability: Support ER training sessions for managers and collect feedback to improve future sessions.
Ensure compliance: Help the team follow employment law and company policies, reducing risk and protecting the organisation.
What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting a variety of ER cases and understanding the importance of compliance and fairness.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
A proactive team player who is happy to support colleagues when needed.
Flexible and open to learning and improving how we do things.
