A health and wellbeing company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join their Employee Relations team of seven, with a mostly remote working pattern (with occasional travel). You would report into the Senior ER Business Partner, and advise on complex ER cases. This is a fast paced role, where you would support senior stakeholders (executives and directors of the business) on ER matters based at the company\'s head office.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing complex ER cases.
• Advising, coaching and mitigating risks, using experience in ER and employment law.
• Provide specialist support on complex ER matters for hospitals, consumer, and corporate wellbeing sites.
• Attend and support high-risk disciplinary meetings, including those involving senior management and potential dismissals.
• Collaborate with People Consultants and HRBP to develop local management capabilities and positive employee relations.
• Assist in investigations following whistleblowing complaints and poor engagement surveys.
• Build positive relationships with senior stakeholders, promoting a proactive approach to ER matters.

Key Requirements Include:

• Complex ER case management experience.
• Occasional travel.
