- Provide effective and timely recruitment and selection support
- Ensure high standards of customer service as part of the Employee Services Team
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare recruitment data for processing
2. Update and maintain recruitment-related documents
3. Support the recruitment process
4. Monitor progress and liaise with managers
5. Provide support for DBS checks
6. Maintain HR/Payroll records
7. Retrieve data to support responses to enquiries
8. Assist with process reviews and development
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Business Administration
- Excellent ICT skills
- Understanding of customer care principles
- Ability to prioritize and work accurately under tight deadlines
Desirable Criteria:
- Knowledge of recruitment administration best practices
- Experience with HR/Payroll systems
- CIPD or CIPP qualifications
