Job Title: Employee Services Co-ordinator Band 3 12.3/HR



Location: Elm House, Clatterbridge Hospital, Clatterbridge Road, Bebington Wirral CH63 4JY



Hours: 37.5 Monday - Friday 9 am - 5pm



We are expecting this placement to last 9 months however it may change due to service need.



What you'll be responsible for:



This role will support the management of a variety of workforce systems, processes, and reporting, prevalent within the Employment Services Team.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the use of Workforce Systems within the HR Service, assisting in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement to provide a high quality, proactive service across all teams.

The post holder will be responsible for running and extracting a suite of regular and ad hoc reports to meet our workforce information and data quality needs

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that during an employee's employment lifecycle that the required compliances relating to their role are monitored and maintained.

The post holder will carry out administrative duties in line with processes and procedures associated with Employment Services.

To act as an integrated member of the Employment Services Team, demonstrating a flexible approach, ensuring the requirements of the Organisation are met.

You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:



1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You'll have the following skills/experience:



A good knowledge and understanding of ESR

Good communicator with customer focused approach, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all levels of staff, both written and verbal.

Knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures.

Knowledge and understanding of data protection and confidentiality

Aptitude and experience of working with figures and analysis of data

A good working knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel, Word and Outlook.

To possess good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
