Role & Responsibilities:

This is an ideal opportunity for employee wellbeing professionals who thrive on the chance to contribute to meaningful work, with greater variety and more opportunities make real impact. You'll work with clients on a range of employee wellbeing needs, from advisory support and interventions to hands-on programme delivery. At Thrive we take on generalist and specialist roles all areas of personnel management and employee wellbeing:

You will have opportunities to apply your skills and knowledge by providing expert and employee wellbeing advice and support to Thrive's clients in all areas. You'll deliver specialist or comprehensive employee wellbeing consulting to make effective interventions, a data-informed bespoke programme and take on HR opportunities of your choice as they arise.

About You:

We like to see qualifications of all levels including CIPD and Organisational / Business Psychology, HR Management, health promotion and therapies, as well as up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Experience in large organisations, employee benefits, providing workshops and coaching would be beneficial. We are also in support any of your own private consulting and welcome the experience you have gained though that. We value agility, communication and stakeholder management skills. But most of all we value you, we exist for both our clients and our consultants to thrive, and we provide a supportive network of like-minded employee wellbeing consultants as well.
