About the Role
In this dynamic, home-based role, you'll be at the heart of our employer brand, EVP and digital recruitment strategy. You'll help us tell our story in an authentic, engaging way across internal and external platforms - showcasing what makes Stonegate a great place to work and grow.
Working across our People, Marketing, and Communications teams, you'll also play a key part in delivering our wellbeing and inclusion initiatives - helping to embed a culture of belonging, support and celebration across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
Champion our Employer Brand across digital platforms, from careers sites to social media
Design and deliver content that reflects our culture, values, and employee experience
Maintain and enhance our internal careers websites and third-party platforms
Collaborate on digital PR, campaign activity and the rollout of new tools or software
Provide admin support on campaigns and recruitment marketing projects
Support our Wellbeing & Inclusion Strategy by coordinating events, tracking metrics, and working with our Ambassador network
Liaise with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and support key projects
Use data and insights to continually improve our approach and digital reach
What We're Looking For
We're after someone who's digitally savvy, brand-minded, and passionate about inclusion and wellbeing. You'll likely bring:
Experience in
employer branding, digital marketing, or recruitment communications
A background in a
coordinator/admin role
in HR, marketing, or similar
Familiarity with
social media
,
Canva/Adobe Express
, and content scheduling tools
A good grasp of
ATS platforms
,
CMS systems
, or
basic analytics
Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
Excellent organisation and a proactive, collaborative attitude
