As an Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Lead you will be responsible for developing and executing the recruitment employer branding strategy for a global matrix business. This will span all recruitment including early careers, experienced hires, volume and specialist hiring and will include managing strategies, launching global employee value propositions, and managing omni channel campaigns.
You will be the driving force behind how we're perceived as an employer in the global ERP and SaaS talent market. You'll partner across People, Marketing, and Leadership teams to shape our narrative, define our EVP, and execute creative campaigns that bring our culture and values to life. You'll be hands-on in content creation, brand strategy, social media, and digital experience -- building a brand that resonates with engineers, designers, salespeople, and SaaS professionals across the globe.
