What will you be doing?



You will be responsible for the design and delivery of Veolia's Employee Experience, Employer Brand strategy including the use of social channels. Managing the Veolia Employer Brand social media content on digital channels to showcase Veolia as an employer of choice internally and externally to attract and retain talent. You will support the Employee Experience Lead in wider HR initiatives that will span the Employee Experience team and wider HR function as and when required.

You will lead and develop strategies for social media channels across Veolia UK corporate channels, and other social channels creating awareness of Veolia as an employer of choice and supporting the Employer Brand Strategy.

By supporting the wider resourcing team with multi channel recruitment campaigns across experienced hires and Emerging Talent recruitment, you will help us attract and retain the very best talent.

Working with our internal stakeholders, you will identify and source appropriate stories and content to showcase Veolia's employer brand externally, with the creation of a social media calendar and content plan to support recruitment campaigns and the continued development of the EVP alongside Internal comms.

You will also manage the social reporting, as well as monthly analytic reports to show engagement statistics for social channels using Google Analytics.

What are we looking for?



Essential



You will have a digital marketing, communications, or social media focused background specifically focused on recruitment marketing and/or candidate engagement - ideally with experience of delivering social media activity to support large and specialised recruitment campaigns. Experience of writing and creating content for our careers website, social and digital channels to promote the employer brand will be proven, as well as your being confident to communicate at all levels with strong influencing skills. Strong copywriting and proofreading skills are required, as is the understanding of CRM technology for Employer Brand and talent strategies. Employee Advocacy experience using Glassdoor and Indeed to support the employer brand, and experience of digital branding and Google Analytics is also advantageous.
