Overview:

JBM is delighted to be recruiting a highly motivated Employer Engagement Consultant to join our established and experienced marketing team. The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business in the Modern Apprenticeship landscape by engaging with employers and learners. This is a dynamic role that requires strong business development and communication skills in addition to a real commitment to quality learning provision.

Responsibilities:
- Identify new business through research, networking and cold calling
- Develop and maintain a pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide regular reports on activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts

Preferred Experience:
- Proven track record in business development or sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport with learners, employers and colleagues
- Self-motivation with a strong drive for quality
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
