EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT SALES CONSULTANT
Permanent/Full-Time - 36 hours per week
Salary from 29,970 to 32,646 plus 5,000 bonus ATE
Come and join our busy and expanding business development department, where you will be trained and supported by our friendly apprenticeship team members, and welcomed by the wider events and student admissions and enquiries teams.
As the largest provider of apprenticeships for young people in the region, we continue to grow our apprenticeship provision and engage with more employers than ever before. This position is crucial to supporting that continued growth, as you will be prospecting and providing advice and guidance to employers that may be considering apprenticeships for the first time.
As our Employer Engagement & Sales Consultant, you will be developing and nurturing relationships with existing clients and undertaking sales and promotional activities to generate new leads and grow our client base.
We are looking for someone who is confident, outgoing and driven to achieve their sales targets, and organised and responsive in nurturing new client relationships. Your success and determination will have a positive direct impact on both employers and young people looking for apprenticeships across the Northwest.
