We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Employment Consultant to join our team.
JD includes:
Creating and reviewing employment contracts, handbooks, and policies to ensure they are legally sound and compliant with employment law.
Offering guidance on day-to-day employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, dismissals, grievances, and redundancies.
Defending employers in employment tribunal cases related to unfair dismissal, discrimination, and other employment disputes.
Helping employers navigate UK employment law regarding working hours, pay, health and safety, and other workplace practices.
Assisting with the handling of employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
Skills
Proficient in IT, with the ability to utilise various software applications effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
