At SHG, we're looking for an Employment & Customer Training Team Leader to manage and guide our Employment & Customer Training Team, ensuring customers receive high-quality support to progress into employment, training, education, and work placements.
In this pivotal role, you'll cultivate a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach to tackling unemployment, promoting social inclusion, and building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You'll ensure our services are integrated with local and regional employment, training, and education frameworks, delivering consistent quality and impact.
