two exciting permanent opportunities

to join our team, supporting people across Greater Manchester through the

Motiv8 programme

- helping those furthest from the labour market take steps towards training, job search, and sustainable employment.

About the Role




As an Employability Keyworker, you'll provide personalised, one-to-one support to people facing multiple and complex challenges, from long-term unemployment and debt to housing issues, poor health, or lack of confidence.


You'll help participants set goals, create action plans, and access the right support services. By building trust and delivering tailored interventions, you'll play a vital role in helping people move forward into training, volunteering, job search, and employment opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing



Managing a caseload of participants, carrying out assessments and developing SMART action plans Delivering one-to-one and group-based support to improve confidence, skills, and employability Working with partner organisations and agencies to coordinate wraparound support Motivating participants through outcome-focused conversations and ongoing encouragement Accurately recording case notes and outcomes on the case management system Contributing to programme targets and KPIs around training, job search, and employment outcomes Travelling across Greater Manchester to meet participants and deliver support flexibly

What We're Looking For



Experience of working in a support, advice, employability, or housing setting Strong assessment, planning, and case management skills Ability to work to targets and achieve positive outcomes for service users Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confident working both independently and as part of a team Ability to identify and act appropriately on safeguarding concerns Strong IT skills, with experience of using case management systems

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
