About the Role
As an
Employment Law Adviser
, you'll provide expert advice and casework on employment and discrimination matters
Your work will include:
Providing specialist advice on employment rights, discrimination, workplace grievances, and contracts
Supporting clients through complex issues including settlements and tribunal processes
Drafting letters, preparing tribunal cases, and negotiating with employers
Managing a caseload with strong record-keeping and quality assurance
Representing clients at Employment Tribunals when required
Offering advice via multiple channels--face-to-face, telephone, and email
Supporting national campaigns and contributing to policy work through client evidence
