We are working with a progressive law firm on the South Coast that is seeking a senior Employment Law Partner to take charge of its employment practice. This is a rare chance to step into a leadership role, shape the future of the team, and play a pivotal part in the firm's continued growth. This opportunity is available across all three offices -- Southampton, Bournemouth, and Poundbury

The Role

Lead the Employment Law department and drive its strategic direction. Advise employers, boards, and senior professionals on complex workplace issues, disputes, and compliance. Collaborate with Corporate and Commercial colleagues to deliver joined?up solutions across transactions and business planning. Build and nurture client relationships while expanding the practice's reach across the region.

About You

Significant experience in employment law, covering advisory, litigation, and day?to?day HR matters. Strong reputation and network within the market. Proven track record of business development and practice growth. Collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire and mentor colleagues.

Pay: 70,000.00-90,000.00 per year
