Who We're Looking For
We want an
Employment Law superstar
who's ready to make waves in Lancashire. Whether you're an experienced Lawyer, Solicitor, Associate or a recent Senior Associate, if you've got:Solid experience in delivering pragmatic advice and solutions to employer clients on tricky employee relation issues, tribunal litigation acting for employers and occasional corporate transaction support work A positive attitude toward business development (we've got a Partner leading the charge -- but your support is golden!) Knowledge of the Lancashire market place and local connections (a bonus, not a dealbreaker) A passion for employment law, practical solutions and innovation. A desire to be part of a great team and play a role in our growth journey
