The Role

We are seeking a talented Employment Lawyer to join our Lancashire Team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied and high-quality caseload while playing a key role in the growth of our practice.

What We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:


2-7 years' PQE, with experience managing your own caseload. ? Proven ability to manage a complex caseload of respondent Employment Tribunal matters. Strong technical knowledge and experience advising across all areas of employment law, including discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy, reorganisation projects, grievances, disciplinary matters, and TUPE. Experience in corporate support. ? Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and meet targets. A proactive approach to business development, including drafting articles and attending events (with support from our Legal Director). Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships. A collaborative approach as a team player. A flexible approach and ability to adapt to different tasks. Experience supervising and supporting junior team members. Knowledge of the Liverpool market (advantageous, not essential). A passion for people, progress, and practical solutions.
