A leading national firm is looking for a senior employment lawyer to support the continued growth of its healthcare offering.
The role sits within a well-regarded team that works with a broad range of healthcare providers.
Responsibilities:
Handling employment matters including TUPE, restructures, and HR strategy
Supporting clients through disciplinary issues, grievances, and tribunal claims
Working alongside colleagues in other departments to provide joined-up solutions
Helping shape the direction of the healthcare employment practice
Playing an active role in business development and sector engagement
About you:
Solid experience advising employers on a wide range of employment issues
A strong background in working with healthcare clients
A proactive mindset and the confidence to help grow a developing service area
The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams

Pay: 50,000.00-85,000.00 per year
