What we are looking for
To be successful you will need to be working as an employment law specialist, as part of a busy and highly regarded employment department with a minimum of 3 years' PQE experience. You will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to develop strong internal and external relationships.
We carry out very little Claimant work, and therefore are seeking someone with experience gained mostly representing employers. Experience of industrial relations would be an advantage but is not essential.
To enjoy working at Clarion and thrive in the firm you will need to be motivated, a team player, commercially minded, adaptable to change, calm under pressure and be able to work equally well autonomously and collaboratively.
The role is based in Leeds with the ability to work from home 2 days per week.
