About the role
Within this Employment Legal Director role, you will be joining a large team to work on Employment matters on both contentious and non-contentious matters including tribunals and advisory work across a broad spectrum of issues. As well as this, you will be focusing on building and maintaining client relationships, supervising the team and providing corporate support.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and has plans in the future to become a Partner in the future. The role is fully flexible and bespoke hybrid working options can be arranged depending on your specific needs.
About You
The successful candidate for this Employment Legal Director role will ideally have 4+ years PQE within this area of law, is able to work well as part of a team and is really looking to hit the ground running. Part - time opportunities can be considered but a following is not required.
