Our client, a well-known global law firm, is seeking to hire a Senior Associate or Managing Associate to join their exceptional employment practice.
The firm's clients include several leading FTSE blue-chip organizations, both in the UK and internationally.
The role will involve providing advice on the full spectrum of both non-contentious and contentious employment law. This includes advising on employment contracts and policies, performance and absence management, as well as disciplinary and grievance procedures. You will also manage matters related to restructuring, redundancies, and settlement agreements, and offer guidance on TUPE and other corporate issues as they arise.
Business development acumen is highly valued.
