About your new role

Our market leading Employment, Pensions and Immigration team advises employers across the UK on all aspects of employment, pensions and immigration law. The candidate will be based at our Liverpool office.



As a Senior Solicitor you will:

Manage a mixed caseload of complex Employment Tribunal claims; Complete multi-day hearings in the Employment Tribunal; Provide employment law advice to key clients; Supervise more junior members of the team and oversee their cases from a strategic perspective; Assist with business development initiatives including training and networking; Work in accordance with client and internal SLAs; Produce monthly and ad-hoc client MI reports; Work in accordance with Weightmans' values and procedures; and Achieve set financial and chargeable targets.

About You

5 + years qualified solicitor Strong technical knowledge A keen interest in advocacy is essential, demonstrable experience is preferable Excellent teamwork skills Attention to detail Excellent communication skills Excellent time management and organisation skills Ability to multi-task and prioritise Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets Flexible approach
