Employment Solicitor
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced employment solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join our growing employment team, offering clear opportunities for development and progression.
The successful candidate will advise employers and individuals across the full spectrum of employment-related work, including contentious and non-contentious matters.
You must have comprehensive knowledge of employment law and regulatory frameworks, and the ability to draft and prepare court bundles, employment contracts, and other documents, such as witness statements.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other departments, such as our corporate team, to advise on the employment aspects of business sales and acquisitions or restructuring cases.
The role will be based in our Brighton office, centrally located and within easy walking distance of the Royal Pavilion and Brighton railway station.
Key requirements:
Experienced employment solicitor with 3+ years of PQE in both contentious and non-contentious employment law, assisting other teams in employment law support, drafting and negotiating, and tribunal work. Excellent communication and client care skills. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Enthusiastic about bringing in new clients and work. Ambitious with a desire for professional development.
