Duties

Advising clients on employment law issues, including contracts, dismissals, redundancies, and disciplinary procedures Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and documentation Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and tribunal proceedings Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes effectively and professionally Providing strategic legal advice to minimise risk and protect client interests Keeping abreast of legislative changes affecting employment law and ensuring compliance Building strong relationships with clients through clear communication and expert guidance Contributing to the development of the firm's employment law practice by sharing knowledge and best practices

Requirements

Qualified solicitor with relevant practising certificate in the UK Proven experience specialising in employment law or a related field Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable outcomes for clients Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality
