Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a growing specialist law firm in London as they expand their Legal team and continue to grow. This is a very exciting role for candidates with an interest in eventually growing their own team.
The firm have an excellent reputation for their employment work, and you will have the opportunity to handle a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, representing clients from a broad range of public and private organisations as well as individuals and senior executives.
The main responsibilities include:
- Dealing with a varied caseload of Employment matters
- Advocacy for initial court hearings
- A mixture of contentious and non-contentious matters
- Supporting the legal team as well as future growth plans
- Business development and marketing
Key skills and experience required:
- 1 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years PQE negotiable
- Strong background in Employment matters
- Ability to hit the ground running and be able to work independently.
