About the Role

- Advise high net worth individuals, company directors, and major commercial clients across multiple industries on complex employment law matters.

- Deliver pragmatic, commercially-minded legal solutions that protect company interests, reputation, and leadership teams.

- Manage a multi-sector workload encompassing contentious and non-contentious matters such as contracts, disputes, senior exits, TUPE, restrictive covenants, HR strategy, and employment litigation.

- Build close client relationships, offering proactive guidance that genuinely adds value at board and C-suite level.

- Empower business resilience and growth through strategic legal insight and problem-solving.

What We're Looking For

- Qualified employment solicitor with extensive expertise; in-house and private practice backgrounds both welcome.

- Demonstrable experience supporting directors, founders, and senior stakeholders on high-value and sensitive matters.

- Commercially astute, innovative, and able to work independently with a track record of multi-sector exposure.

- A collaborative, personable approach--ideally with a network across the City or similar high-calibre environments.
