The Role

Advise HNW individuals, company directors and major commercial clients on complex employment matters. Provide pragmatic, commercially minded guidance on both contentious and non-contentious issues--contracts, disputes, senior exits, TUPE, restrictive covenants, HR strategy and litigation. Build strong client relationships and deliver strategic advice at board and C-suite level. Support business growth and resilience through expert problem-solving and sector-wide insight.

About You

Experienced Employment Solicitor, from private practice or in-house. Proven track record advising senior leaders on sensitive, high-value matters. Commercially astute, innovative and confident working independently. Personable, collaborative and well-networked within City-level environments. Eager to work in a modern, relaxed culture that values talent over tradition.
