Key Responsibilities:
Advising employer clients on all aspects of employment law, including dismissals, discrimination, TUPE, redundancy and contracts
Handling mainly non-contentious employment matters, with occasional contentious cases.
Representing clients at Employment Tribunals where required
Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and procedures
Delivering clear, tailored updates to clients on changes in employment law and HR best practice
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Working collaboratively within a small, expert team
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 5 years' PQE in employment law
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills
An ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to the growth of the practice
A commitment to delivering excellent client service with a local and personal touch

Pay: 33,000.00-70,000.00 per year
