UK Employment Tax Manager
to join their team in Scotland.

The Role - UK Employment Tax Manager (Scotland)
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering UK employment tax advisory and compliance services.
Manage the day-to-day delivery of client engagements and compliance projects.
Provide technical expertise on PAYE, NIC, benefits in kind, CIS, termination payments, IR35, and HMRC employer compliance checks.
Identify opportunities for additional services, supporting business development initiatives.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a learning and growth culture.
Oversee engagement finances, scope creep, and recoveries, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Stay ahead of UK Employment Tax trends and proactively develop solutions to enhance client service.
About You:
ATT and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent), with strong UK employment tax experience.
Proven track record of advising on IR35, employment status, and compliance risk.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied portfolio.
Experienced in mentoring and supporting junior staff.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
