Reporting directly to Empty Homes Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for:


Setting up a Construction Design Management (CDM) site Completing safety checks and full surveyor in void properties Identifying all repairs required to meet St. Leger Homes lettable standard Working collaboratively with colleagues to reduce the number of days to re-let properties, by doing so; reduce void rent loss
