We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Manchester, United Kingdom. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads
Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management
Qualifications
Proven track record of success in sales, with demonstrable ability to meet and exceed targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills
Effective time management and organisational abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies
Understanding of current market trends and competitive landscape
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel within the Manchester area and occasionally further afield as required
Additional Information
The Regional Sales Executive will support and grow business across a cluster of Fairview Hotels within a designated region (the North or Midlands - you can select your base hotel Wolverhampton/Nottingham/Newcastle/Worsley-Salford/Coventry). Working closely with the commercial team and individual hotel teams, this role will involve proactive selling, business development, account management, and revenue generation across multiple properties.
This is an ideal opportunity for a sales professional who is ready to expand their scope and responsibility, moving from single-property sales into a regional commercial environment with full training and mentoring provided.
