Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic and highly
organized Enablement & Knowledge Program Manager
to lead the onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement of our global commercial and customer facing teams--including Sales, Presales, Principal Consultants, BDRs, Field Marketing, Delivery, Data Science and Customer Success. This role ensures that teams are fully equipped with the right
knowledge, tools, and messaging
to confidently position Provenir's platform and its four key solutions:
Fraud
,
Credit Risk Onboarding
,
Collections
, and
Customer Management
and to articulate the value and benefits to customers.
What You'll do
As the owner of The Vault--Provenir's internal AI-powered knowledge base--you will be responsible for the end-to-end setup, structure, and ongoing maintenance of this critical resource. You will ensure that content, tools, and guidance are not only current and relevant, but also easy to navigate and leverage across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver tailored onboarding programs for Sales, Presales, and Marketing roles around our solution and product.
Create and maintain enablement assets by turning messaging frameworks, value propositions, and case studies into battlecards, objection guides, demo scripts, and playbooks.
Support Sales/Presales with RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and executive summaries.
Develop ROI tools and value calculators based on customer case studies.
Own and manage enablement content platform .
Act as a connector between Sales, Solutions, Marketing, and Product teams.
Define and track success metrics (e.g., ramp time, win rates, content usage).
Deliver quarterly reports and dashboards to leadership.
About you
You will have:
5+ years in Sales Enablement, Bid or Presales role
Experience building and scaling global enablement programs
Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and complex solutions
Experience with knowledge repository platforms and tuning them with machine learning or LLMs
Experience with Learning Management platforms (LMS) such as Docebo, iSprings etc.
Excellent writing, instructional design, and facilitation skills
Bachelor's degree (2:1 or above) in a STEM subject (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics)
Although not essential, it would be great if you also have any of these strengths:
Experience supporting proposal and RFP processes
Understanding of B2B decisioning software or financial services tech
Familiarity with AI tools and generative knowledge platforms (e.g., custom GPTs, ChatGPT Enterprise, etc.)
Teaching and coaching background
