We are looking for qualified and unqualified Enablement Support Workers to work within the Bradford Enablement Support Team (BEST) and Extra Care for Bradford Metropolitan District Council.
The qualification is NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care.
This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city.
The main responsibilities of this role:
Support individuals in community settings
To support with daily living tasks
Document accurate records on digital devices
Support with personal cares
Support individuals to remain independent as long as feasible
Treat individuals with dignity and respect
