We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Enabler to join our team. Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
As a Community Enabler, you'll work one?to?one (or occasionally with small groups) to help people achieve everyday goals at home and in the community.

Daily Living
o
Prompt personal care and medication
o Light housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation
Life Skills & Admin
o Support with shopping, budgeting and managing paperwork or correspondence o Encourage healthy lifestyle choices
Community & Well?being
o Accompany clients to appointments, work, college or social events o Plan day trips, walks, creative or gardening activities for fun and confidence?building
Record?Keeping & Safeguarding
o Keep accurate digital notes, follow individual support plans and report concerns promptly.

Working hours
Monday to Friday,
08:00?-?18:00
(no evening, weekend or sleep?in shifts).
Provide direct care and support to clients according to their individual care plans.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
Support clients in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Implement behaviour management strategies as needed to promote positive interactions.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with family members and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Experience
Understanding of behaviour management techniques and the ability to develop and follow care plans effectively.
A caring attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and their families.
A relevant health or social care qualification would be beneficial, but is not mandatory.
