LinK Support has a Part time position available for an Enabling Support Worker to join our dedicated team in providing an excellent standard of service to our Clients. The focus of the Company is always to put the people we support at the forefront of everything we do.

The Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, no weekends or personal care involved in this position.

We support people with Mental Health difficulties, Autism and Learning Disabilities within their own homes, to access the community and engage in activities of their choice. This position offers variety on a daily basis and no 2 days are the same. The position involves lone working and also as part of a team.

We have recently expanded the area we cover and now also cover Exmouth and surrounding areas.

Full induction and training provided to include the Care Certificate. Regular staff meetings with Meal provided and other events.

The successful candidate will be fully supported in their role with opportunities to develop within their role and to gain sector related qualifications. In return we expect the candidate to be dedicated, reliable and willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs of our clients.
