Cleangenix delivers high-quality cleaning services across London. We work with estate agents, landlords, developers, and property managers to provide professional-standard cleaning that meets strict handover requirements.

With demand growing, we are expanding our network of

experienced, self-employed cleaning operatives

to carry out

end of tenancy cleans

and other specialist deep cleans.

This is not standard domestic cleaning. End of tenancy and post-construction cleaning requires:

Strong attention to detail Knowledge of industry-standard cleaning methods Ability to deliver a full deep clean, including ovens, appliances, bathrooms, limescale removal, stain treatment, and carpets.
Requirements

Proven

professional end of tenancy cleaning experience

(hotel or deep cleaning experience may be considered). Your own equipment, including: Carpet cleaning machine (highly desirable but not essential) Vacuum cleaner Professional-grade cleaning chemicals (oven cleaner, descaler, acid-based cleaners, carpet shampoo, etc.) Registered as

self-employed

(or willing to register).

Public liability insurance

(or willing to obtain). Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, or a reliable way to transport your equipment.

Light Cleans:

Extras:

Carpets: +25 per property. Larger properties (over 2 beds / 2 baths) may be allocated to two cleaners - pay split accordingly.
Additional Opportunities

In addition to end of tenancy cleans, successful contractors may also be offered:

Post-construction cleans (builders/sparkle cleans)

One-off deep cleans

for residential and commercial clients
These jobs are

quoted separately

and paid at higher rates depending on scope.
